1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Fast Horse Racing platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Fast Horse Racing ("Platform", "We").

2. Description of Service

Fast Horse Racing is a content platform dedicated to horse racing, offering:

  • Archive of turf horse racing videos
  • High-definition replays
  • Exclusive analyses and content
  • Coverage of Brazilian and international racetracks

Access to certain content may require a paid Premium subscription.

3. Account Creation

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age
  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and login credentials
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 Available plans

  • Free: access to public content and highlights
  • Premium Monthly: full access to the video archive, replays, and analyses
  • Premium Annual: full access with a discount and exclusive benefits

4.2 Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, American Express)
  • PIX
  • Bank slip (Boleto bancário)

4.3 Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the contracted period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period.

4.4 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for periods already paid, except in cases of proven technical failure in service delivery.

5. Acceptable Use

By using the platform, you agree NOT to:

  • Share your login credentials with third parties
  • Record, copy, distribute, or transmit any platform content
  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to access restricted areas or unauthorized systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform
  • Use robots, scrapers, or other automated means to access content
  • Post or transmit offensive, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to videos, images, texts, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Fast Horse Racing or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of the content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fast Horse Racing is not responsible for:

  • Temporary service interruptions due to technical maintenance
  • Problems caused by failures in the user's internet connection
  • Third-party content accessible through links on the platform
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from use of the platform

Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

9. Video Archive

The archive videos are subject to:

  • Availability of the racetrack signal
  • Technical and weather conditions
  • Regional broadcast rights restrictions
  • Temporary unavailability due to technical issues

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays in races that are beyond our control.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the event of:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of the platform
  • Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months)
  • Request by the user themselves

Account termination does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms, the court of the user's jurisdiction shall be elected, in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code.
